Changes coming at Linden Street

Bad news: Linden Street’s Oakland taproom is about to close for construction. Good news: today (12/22) from noon to 5pm, Linden Street will send its taproom into hibernation in style with 10 house-made beers flowing.

Lead brewer Andrew Ritter confirmed my suspicion that this is related to the restaurant that will be opening in the brewery space adjacent to the taproom. The taproom is also being upgraded. In the meantime, they’ll put a kegerator near the Linden Street loading dock. Hours are still being worked out but should be similar to the current ones.

Future Linden Street pouring site. Carboys not included.

It seems like yesterday the taproom opened, but it’s been more than a year.

More info on the incoming restaurant as we get it.
