Triple Rock and its engineering firm neighbors are teaming up to put a building in the space. The engineers will have the top floor and Triple Rock will own the bottom floor. Plans and layouts are subject to change, but Drake’s community manager Kelsey Williams says “it will mean a brewery and kitchen expansion, some upgrades, and more space.”
The expansion probably won’t happen until 2014, but it’s something to look forward to.
